Delivery time:

Delivery is effected as prompt as possible - the exact delivery time is mentioned in our order confirmation which will reach you soon after your firm order.

Freight and packaging charges:

Product prices quoted in our shop are generally without shipping and/or packaging costs. Freight costs depend on size, weight and recipient country of the order placed. Shipping is usually via UPS. For pallet shipments inquiries by local freight forwarders are requested. We have fulfilled our contractual obligations by handing over the goods you have ordered to the carrier (UPS, forwarding agent of our choice). Returns:

If you want to send back delivered items, please contact us in any case. A general acceptance of returns is not possible. Custom-made products and catalogue items that have been manufactured or labelled according to your demand cannot be returned under any circumstances.
